Liens that survive

Florida tax deeds generally extinguish many private liens, but federal tax liens, certain governmental liens, and some assessments can survive. Sales without warranty as to title/condition — full lien and municipal search required. Opening bid may exclude later tax years.

Quiet title

Not always mandatory post-tax-deed, but many Florida title underwriters still want quiet title or waiting periods before full marketable coverage.

Verify before you bid

This record was compiled from the published sale list. Parcels are pulled, redeemed, and re-priced up to the moment of sale. Confirm the lot is still in the sale, and confirm the opening bid, directly with the county.
