Liens that survive

Certificate is not deed or possession. Federal liens and private mortgages survive until foreclosure judgment. Verify water/sewer municipal charges included in sale.

Quiet title

Completed Superior Court tax foreclosure is required for marketable ownership path; plan full judicial timeline.

Verify before you bid

This record was compiled from the published sale list. Parcels are pulled, redeemed, and re-priced up to the moment of sale. Confirm the lot is still in the sale, and confirm the opening bid, directly with the county.

Not enough data

NJ is outside the states with verified statutory parameters. Costs and redemption terms are not modelled — treat any figure here as unverified.
The county published no assessed value for this parcel, no property provider returned a market estimate, and no comparable-sales figure has been entered. Enter a comparable-sales estimate below and every figure on this page recalculates — the engine needs one number, not a full appraisal.

Enter an after-repair value below and the ceiling will compute.
