Liens that survive

Florida tax deed extinguishes most private mortgages and liens but does not clear governmental/code-enforcement liens or IRS liens (120-day federal redemption). Mobile homes are not included on the tax deed. Independent title and municipal lien search essential.

Quiet title

Often used before resale or financing even after tax deed; title insurers frequently require additional clearing steps beyond the Clerk’s deed.

Verify before you bid

This record was compiled from the published sale list. Parcels are pulled, redeemed, and re-priced up to the moment of sale. Confirm the lot is still in the sale, and confirm the opening bid, directly with the county.
