Liens that survive

Florida tax deeds generally cut off many junior liens, but federal tax liens, certain municipal code enforcement/special assessments, and IRS rights can survive or require separate analysis. Always run full PIR/title search; Clerk disclaims accuracy of posted file data.

Quiet title

Often pursued post-sale so title insurers will insure; not always statutory prerequisite but practical for resale financing. Consult Florida counsel on surplus funds and occupancy issues.

Verify before you bid

This record was compiled from the published sale list. Parcels are pulled, redeemed, and re-priced up to the moment of sale. Confirm the lot is still in the sale, and confirm the opening bid, directly with the county.
