Liens that survive

Florida tax deeds generally extinguish many private liens, but federal tax liens, certain governmental liens, and some assessments can survive. County materials warn sales are without warranty as to title or condition — run full title/lien search.

Quiet title

Often practically required for marketable/insurable title after a Florida tax deed, especially if occupancy, heir, or irregular-notice issues exist.

Verify before you bid

This record was compiled from the published sale list. Parcels are pulled, redeemed, and re-priced up to the moment of sale. Confirm the lot is still in the sale, and confirm the opening bid, directly with the county.
