Sale list only has parcel # and opening bid

The clerk published a thin list — not a PropStream-style property card. Max bid needs an after-repair value: enter comps below, open the county appraiser, or fetch details if a property API key is configured.

Liens that survive

Upset Sale: buyer generally takes subject to mortgages and many private liens. Judicial Sale: most private liens can be cut off if parties are properly noticed. Federal tax liens and some municipal claims can survive. Full title search mandatory before bid.

Quiet title

Often required for title insurance after Upset; Judicial deed is stronger but insurers may still want quiet title or extended review.

Verify before you bid

This record was compiled from the published sale list. Parcels are pulled, redeemed, and re-priced up to the moment of sale. Confirm the lot is still in the sale, and confirm the opening bid, directly with the county.

Before you bid

The county published no assessed value for this parcel, no property provider returned a market estimate, and no comparable-sales figure has been entered. Enter a comparable-sales estimate below and every figure on this page recalculates — the engine needs one number, not a full appraisal.
